A business network needs suitable connections, clear access rules and a procedure for incidents. Whether the provider router is sufficient or an additional firewall is necessary depends on requirements. We assess rooms, applications, guests, remote work and existing equipment together. Necessary investment and optional improvement remain distinct.
Coverage, capacity and actual endpoints determine a useful office wireless network. We plan around floor layouts and usage areas, checking critical locations on site within the agreed scope. Employee and guest access receive separate rules. Separation is tested; a second wireless name alone does not prove it.
A VPN can provide an encrypted path to required internal applications. That does not mean every user needs access to the entire office network. We assess individual accounts, appropriate permissions and multifactor authentication for the chosen solution. Maintained endpoints and protected cloud accounts remain necessary.
After handover, the architecture, ownership and relevant settings should be understandable. We can take on defined maintenance and operating tasks. Monitoring provides observations; assessment and handling happen within the agreed service window. Updates, remaining actions and upcoming decisions are reviewed with you.

The prejudice persists, but it is wrong: with Meraki, Cisco quality comes in sizes and price ranges for small teams — centrally managed, and nobody has to learn a command line. Sizing is what matters: we recommend the solution that fits, not the biggest one.
Timing depends on the existing estate, premises, cabling, lead times and required transition. After assessment, we agree dates and possible interruption. Even a small installation receives functional checks and documented handover.
Yes. Often the best first step is not buying new equipment but creating order: an inventory, a Wi-Fi measurement, separating the guest network, reviewing firewall rules, writing documentation. After that it is clear what genuinely needs replacing — and what is good for years to come.
Yes, for two reasons: security and order. Guests and private phones do not belong in the network your accounting lives in. A separate guest network with its own sign-in page is standard on business-grade hardware and quickly set up properly.
We support customers in Germany and the EU where the required work and service hours can be agreed. We establish which tasks can be remote and who handles installation or measurements locally before commissioning. Response and resolution times are not universally promised.
