Scope of service
What you receive.
Suitable for a new location, an office move or a workplace that has accumulated extra routers and repeaters over time. We start with the floor plan and actual working locations. Video calls, large files, mobile devices and guests have different requirements. An access point's advertised maximum speed does not answer these questions.
Planning around spaces and devices
Usage areas, simultaneous connections, cable routes and mounting options determine the design. Critical areas are checked on site; assumptions based only on a drawing remain clearly marked.
Appropriate equipment and connections
Switch ports, access-point power, uplinks and internet connectivity are sized together. Existing equipment is assessed for suitability and support status rather than automatically discarded.
Separate access with testable rules
Business, guest and where necessary equipment networks are logically separated. We explicitly test whether guests can reach internal destinations and identify shared services that are actually needed.
A handover with functional evidence
Agreed rooms and endpoints are checked for connectivity and relevant applications. Device records, connection diagrams and operating information become understandable documentation.
The delivery path
Three controlled steps.

Assess premises and use
Record the floor plan, desks, devices, problem areas and growth plans. Coordinate cabling and installation with the responsible contractor.

Build and configure
Install approved equipment, configure network segments and wireless settings, and coordinate any changes to existing connections.
- 03
Test where people work
Do not stop at testing the access point: verify connectivity and agreed applications with your devices. Record remaining actions and useful future expansion.
What we agree before starting
Wireless coverage depends on the building, furnishings, interference and endpoints. Planning does not replace an agreed on-site survey. Electrical work, structured cabling, drilling and formal RF acceptance are explicitly assigned. There is no blanket speed guarantee for every room.

Can we simply install another access point?
Sometimes, but not always. Poor cabling, unsuitable channel selection or an endpoint problem will not automatically improve. We investigate before expanding the installation.
Can employees and guests use the same wireless network?
We recommend separate access with verified policy. A second wireless name alone is insufficient: separation must actually be enforced along the path to internal systems.
Can existing cables and switches remain?
Where they are technically suitable and maintainable. We check ports, capacity, power and support status. Necessary replacement and optional improvements are proposed separately.
