Small business / Network support & maintenance
Network support.Clear ownership after installation.
A well-configured network still needs attention. We take on agreed responsibilities for firewalls, switches and wireless, with clear contacts, maintenance procedures and documentation that remains available to you.
Scope of service
What you receive.
Suitable when updates keep slipping, nobody knows how to assess equipment failures, or an existing IT provider needs network-specific support. We begin with the estate's condition and your expectations. Necessary remediation is identified explicitly. Only then is a realistic support scope agreed, instead of hiding unknown inherited problems inside an unclear fixed-price promise.
A clear service boundary
Covered equipment, service hours, reporting channels and response targets are agreed in writing. Standard changes, projects, local visits and procurement receive understandable boundaries.
Prepared maintenance
Software, support deadlines and upcoming licence decisions are tracked. Updates receive suitable windows and checks; necessary interruption is discussed with you beforehand.
Incidents with a next action
Within the agreed scope, we investigate the issue and coordinate further handling. Where a provider, application owner or vendor must act, the handoff includes the available evidence.
Documentation and visible decisions
Inventory, changes and relevant operating records are maintained. You can see completed actions, remaining risks and decisions that will soon be needed.
The delivery path
Three controlled steps.
- 01
Assess the estate and expectations
Review equipment, access, contracts and known problems. Agree desired responsibilities and service hours with your organisation.
- 02
Prepare the handover
Establish individual access, document ownership and test reporting and recovery arrangements. Obtain separate approval for necessary initial remediation.
- 03
Maintain and review
Perform agreed tasks, record changes and regularly discuss upcoming maintenance, cost decisions and outstanding actions.
What we agree before starting
Automated monitoring does not mean round-the-clock staffed response. Response time and resolution time are different. Equipment, licences, connectivity, endpoints, servers and cloud services are included only when explicitly commissioned. Ongoing support does not replace a complete incident recovery or backup strategy.
Good to know
Your questions. Clear answers.
Can we retain our existing IT provider?
Yes. We can complement their work with network expertise. Responsibilities, access and handoffs are defined so incidents do not get lost between providers.
Is a monthly fixed fee possible?
A recurring scope can be agreed after reviewing the estate. Included tasks and boundaries are stated in the proposal. Major changes or new sites are identified as additional work.
How quickly will an incident be resolved?
That depends on the cause, impact and other parties involved. Service hours and response targets are agreed beforehand. A universal resolution promise for every fault would not be reliable.
Let’s discuss your requirements
A few details are enough to begin.
You do not need a finished design. We establish the need, boundaries and a dependable next step.
